We insist that all parties employed, perform at our existing standards.

High Standards
Company Expectations are the key to ensure that our business grows and that the high standards expected of our clients are met and exceeded.

Health and Safety
We will ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met, including compliance with Project Method Statements and Risk Assessments. All operatives will have completed Manual Handling training and will be experienced in furniture dismantling and removal. This important aspect of business is taken extremely seriously and is not simply a ‘tick-box exercise’.

Our Approach

  • Step 1 - Asses the office, taking notes of the furniture (good and bad), also noting the office access i.e. entrances, exits, parking etc.
  • Step 2 - Brief the staff as one, making sure they fully understand the plan of action. Also making staff aware of any potential hazards.
  • Step 3 - Begin to dismantle furniture, separating materials. For example wood, metal, plastic and fabrics.
  • Step 4 - Load materials onto allocated transport.
  • Step 5 - Clean and clear office floor, disposing of any small rubbish such as pens, staples etc.
  • Step 6 - De-brief members of staff, and finally hand over control of premises.
