How Much?

Offering generic prices for indicative costs and rebates for disposal are challenging.

How much will it cost to dispose of fifty desks with pedestals, chairs and a few cabinets…oh, and some rubbish?  The following examples below can illustrate this question of why each project requires a detailed quotation.

Scenario 1 (Worst Case)
Fifty old screen-hung workstations, 1800mm x 1600mm ‘L’ shaped footprint, with overhead storage. Worktops damaged, fixed wooden pedestals with keys missing and broken drawers. Stained and torn chairs. Broken wooden cabinets with missing shelves. Piles of folders, papers, marketing brochures and stationery etc…

Multi tenanted office with no lift, difficult access, no parking/loading facilities and out of hours work schedule. The site must be cleared over the weekend and handed back to the landlord on Monday.

Potential Cost

Scenario 2 (Ideal)
Fifty bench-style desks, desk hung screens, 1400mm x 1200mm ‘single wave’ footprint. Metal mobile pedestals. All furniture in good condition, branded quality chairs. Medium height, tambour fronted metal cabinets with shelves in place. Office cleared of all personal and company effects.

Purpose built office unit with good access, parking and lift availability. Customer moved out and we've got until the end of the month to clear it. Keys and access available as required.

Potential Rebate

Scenario 3 (Reality)
Somewhere in between 1 and 2 is usually the case.
